To know your business’ account QR code and how to share it, follow these steps below:

1. Open WhatsApp Business by tapping More Options

 

 

2. Tap the Business Tools and the Short link

 

 

3. Tab View QR code to view your QR code.

 

 

4. Click the green Share Code button to share it with your contact list

 

 

5. When sharing, you can add a short message

 

 

Business Catalog

Did you know that 40 million people are actively viewing product catalogs on WhatsApp? Yup, those people are potential customers which the majority of them, for sure, are converting.

With this high revenue way to generate sales in this FREE platform, WhatsApp still improves it to make it easier to discover products by letting its users and businesses share the link of their products within and outside WhatsApp such as Facebook and Instagram.

If you want to share your catalog, follow these steps:

1. Open Whatsapp Bussiness app then tap a chat

2. Tap the attachment icon that you can found next to the text field.

3. Tap Catalog.

4. And then, tap Send all items at the top.

If you want to share products or services, just follow these simple steps:

1. Open Whatsapp Bussiness app then tap a chat

2. Tap the attachment icon that you can found next to the text field.

3. Tap Catalog.

4. Select the product or service you want to share.

5. And then, Send.

If you want to share the entire catalog, just follow these simple steps:

1. Open the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings, then Business Tools, and then Catalog.

2. Next, tap the link icon at the top right.

3. You can then share the entire catalog with your contacts or potential buyers anywhere by selecting any of the following options:

   • Send link via WhatsApp Business app with other people over WhatsApp

   • Copy Link

   • Share catalog links over email or to other messaging apps.

If you want to share an individual product or service through Catalog Manager, just follow these simple steps:

1. Open the WhatsApp Business app, go to Settings, then Business Tools, and then Catalog.

2. Next, select the item you want to share, and tap the link icon at the top right.

3. Now, you can share the specific item in your catalog with your contacts or potential customers anywhere by choosing any of the options:

   • Send link via WhatsApp Business app with other people over WhatsApp

   • Copy Link

   • Share the link of the selected item over email or social channels.

However, since the Catalog and item links are auto-generated, it can’t be customized before you share it.
